This short (5" long) cuff title, "H. J. = Schiesswart", (Marksmanship Warden) is machine woven in green yellow on a black rayon band, which was worn on the lower left sleeve by qualified individuals. There are several different positional insignia of this design and the are documented in  "The HJ, Volume 1" by John R. Angolia, pages 259 and 260. Does not react to UV light. Unissued, unfinished, cut from a roll. Maybe Reproduction. VG+ condition.
