Checking the Status of Your Order:

To check the status of an order, please select "Order Status" on the top navigation bar. You must log in with the e-mail address and password you used when you initially placed your order, but if you placed your order as a "Guest," you may create an account at this time to view your order status and shipping information. This page should list all your orders. Just click the date for the order you wish to review.

Backorders:

In very rare cases involving orders received by phone, fax or the post, some items that are out of stock may occasionally be ordered by a customer. In these instances, the order will be filled to the maximum extent possible and any out-of-stock items will be automatically backordered. These will be shipped at no additional charge when available unless the customer expressly requests a refund for any out-of-stock items in writing.
