Shipping Rates and Policies

All orders are normally dispatched via United States Mail. Your shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions, delivery address and desired speed of delivery of your package and are calculated using a United States Postal Service shipping rate algorithm. 

Normally, you can view the estimated shipping costs for your order simply by viewing your cart. In addition, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you will see before completing the confirmation stage of your order. You will then receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail and status updates as your order is processed.

Alternative shipping options are available upon special request, but depending on the carrier you choose, your costs and projected delivery date may vary. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note that some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (that is, you received an incorrect or defective item). You may also exchange a defective item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement copy of the same item.

To return an item, simply log into your account to view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
