We cannot accept PayPal due their terms and conditions which forbid the sale of German militaria.

Personal checks are subject to prior bank clearance (five to ten business days) before your order will be shipped. We must have your full name and telephone number for all Credit Card orders. Additionally the return of merchandise paid for by credit card may be subject to a 5% bank/service charge.

SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days of receipt unless requested sooner by the customer. Costs are calculated by weight, dimensions, value and destination automatically at checkout. We assume no liability for international shipments lost or damaged in transit. Foreign customers may be required to pay customs and excise taxes on their purchases based on the total value of the order (including shipping and insurance) to their home country. We assume no liability for calculating and defraying customs duties and tariffs charged by your country. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INLAND REVENUE-, CUSTOMS- AND/ OR TAX AUTHORITIES BEFORE ORDERING. Below is the standard customs declaration we use for international shipping of militaria.

CERTAIN ITEMS MAY NOT BE SHIPPED TO COUNTRIES THAT RESTRICT THEM ON POLITICAL OR OTHER GROUNDS. Should you be in doubt about the legal status in your country of any item, please e-mail us BEFORE placing your order. We assume no liability for the buyer's failure to comply with the laws of his own country, and by placing an order the buyer warrants that he has ascertained and complied with all applicable laws.

RETURNS: All Militaria items we sell are offered with a Seven (7) day inspection period. We offer a full money back guarantee on all militaria items, minus postage, if returned within the above specified inspection period AND they arrive here in the same condition in which they were sent. Audio- or Video items are NOT to be deemed militaria for purposes of these terms, which do not apply to them. Militaria items must be returned via insured accountable mail within the applicable inspection period. Merchandise must be undamaged and unaltered in any way, or your refund is voided, in which case the item will be returned to you and you may be charged additional shipping and damage fees.
