This vintage production features a live recording of a Michigan State University Spartan Marching Band halftime show from the early 1970's, as well as studio performances by its renowned concert band. The halftime show features the exciting sounds of the stadium as the marching band (directed by Bandmaster Kenneth Blomquist) plays Michigan State's traditional repertoire of: 'The Spartans¿ March to the Stadium (Trad.) / State Fanfare (Curnow) / MSU Pre-Game Fight (Lankey) / Spartan Fanfare (Kressler) / MSU Fight Song (Lankey) / MSU Shadows and "Alma Mater" (Traynor).
